But to beat cellulite, you still have to learn to recognize it. And for good reason: There are three different types.

Fatty cellulite

It is associated with weight gain and hormonal causes. It accumulates on the hips, buttocks, 'saddle bags' and abdomen. It can be easily diagnosed by pinching the skin with small cavities and bumps. But it is not painful.

Solution: No secret! We improve it above all else by adjusting our diet and exercising that build muscle.

Intrusive cellulite

Not because of being overweight, even if it can coexist with these areas of cellulite, but because of poor circulation and water retention. This cellulite especially characterizes the abdomen and legs. It is indicated by swollen ankles and a frequent feeling of heavy legs.

Solution: It must be eliminated to overcome it. Bet on plants, massage and lymphatic drainage.

Fibrous cellulite

They are located on the thighs and buttocks, form clearly visible holes and are inflammatory, and therefore potentially painful. This condition is caused by collagen fibers that surround the fat cells and pull the skin somewhat like shrouds.

Solution: This is the hardest form of cellulite to do at home. If traditional methods (exercise, adaptive diet, targeted massage, etc.) do not bring results, you may need to consult a specialist. It may be due to certain medical techniques.
