8 tips to reduce hunger
Do you feel constantly hungry? Don't panic: here are 8 tips that can help you eat less food.
1/ Swallow a white omelette
Egg whites are an anti-hunger like no other, due to their high protein content which is especially long to digest. Prepare an omelette (without yolks) before an appetizer for example, avoid jumping on peanut chips.
2/ Choose cinnamon essential oil
It contains active ingredients that reduce cravings for sweets. A drop in the tea is enough to stop the craving for a snack.
3/ Drink before eating
Swallowing a glass of water before a meal stimulates baroreceptors located in the stomach wall, which in turn send a satiety signal to the brain.
4 / Take time to chew
Dr. Alloush confirms that "the gums are chewed at least 12 times" to allow the tongue's receptors to appreciate food and send a signal of satisfaction to the brain.
5 / Bet on the fig tree bud
Calms the appetite by acting on the pituitary gland, the nerve center for regulating hunger. Take 5 drops 3 times a day, without meals, for 3 weeks.
6 / Choose small dishes
Dr. Kukul notes: “In the 1960s, the average plate diameter was 18 cm, compared to 24 today. However, this encourages people to eat more.” A large plate is more than a small plate.
7/ Try spaghetti
This plant is very appetite suppressant, as it swells in the stomach. Correct dose: 1 to 2 capsules with a large glass of water, 15 minutes before a meal.
8/ Avoid artificial foods
It is full of chemical additives (preservatives, textile agents, dyes, etc.), which disrupt the metabolism and confuse the intestinal microflora.
