Forget potato chips...even veggie ones! Did you think it was less fat and calories? Error ! Carrots, beets, sweet potatoes... These fried vegetables are by no means lighter than the classic salt chips. The solution to coloring your appetizer: cut up slices of vegetables to dip in a light sauce (cheese with herbs) or put them in the oven, without oil of course!


Make Homemade Pizza: Instead of ordering 4 cheeses or gras (the worst), make it homemade, it's easy. The balanced version: Fresh tomato sauce base, mushrooms, ham, cherry tomatoes. And finish with mozzarella instead of Gruyere and green olives instead of black (double the calories). Plan on half a pizza per person to decorate it with mixed salad instead of chips ;-)


Beer or wine? Red wine contains 90 calories per glass compared to 180 calories per pint of beer and 120 calories for a glass of champagne.


Spread cleverly: Make risottos by mixing fish (tuna, salmon, etc.) with a little 0% fromage blanc and a little herbs.


For dessert, replace the ice cream with sorbet and colorful fruit skewers: watermelon, strawberry, raspberry...
