Yoga exercises to lose weight
Yoga exercises are known to increase your heart rate and can help you lose weight. Long sessions of equal contractions will help to tone your body without accumulating fat.
Do the following yoga moves 3 times a week for 6 to 8 weeks and see a significant improvement in your fitness:
Stand straight forward, bend your right knee and hold the inner edge of your right foot with your right hand.
Press your right foot up and bring it back into your hand. Slowly bend your upper body forward while extending your left arm in front of you. Hold for 5 to 10 deep breaths before returning to the starting position. Repeat the exercise twice for each leg.
Lie face down on the floor, hands out to your sides, palms facing up.
Take a deep breath and raise your head, chest, legs, and arms as high as possible.
With the tightening of the abdominal muscles inward. Stay in this position for 5 breaths, then release your breath, and repeat the exercise 3 times.
Start the exercise in a standing position. Place the upper part of your right arm on your left arm, above the elbow.
If possible, try to bring the lower part of your right arm in front of your left arm, palms together.
Lift your right leg and place it on your left thigh above the knee. If you can, try to tuck the toes of your right foot behind the belly of your leg.
Move down, allowing your upper thighs to squeeze deeply together.
Free yourself and repeat the exercise twice for each leg.
