We spend a third of our life sleeping, so our health is affected positively or negatively, whether or not we get enough sleep through

 the night every day. So, to enjoy a comfortable sleep period without disturbances, it is best to know which sleeping position, or any activity you do before bed, helps you to do so...


1- Shoulder pain

To sleep on one shoulder or on your stomach, or to put one of your hands under your head


To sleep lying on your back, with your head on a low-rise medical pillow. It is better to put a second pillow on your stomach

9- Pain in the legs

The mistake: Smoking cigarettes or consuming caffeinated foods for 6 hours before you go to bed


Right: Put a pillow wrapped under your feet to raise them during sleep, and thus help the blood to complete its circulation towards the heart
