First exercise
If you want to use Kegel exercises to treat hemorrhoids, we recommend that you take these useful steps:
Sit on a chair and tighten the muscles in your lower body and maintain the contracted position, counting from 1 to 3.
But be careful and don't tighten those muscles until you feel pain.
Return the muscles to their normal position and relax a bit.
Repeat the same movement 5 times. And each time, increase the number of minutes during which you tighten the muscles in your lower body.
Try to do this exercise daily and you will definitely feel better with time.
second exercise
If you suffer from inflammation of hemorrhoids and sit for long hours in front of a computer screen or at home, we advise you to take a rest for 5 minutes once every two hours. It is best to also walk or do one of these light exercises twice a day for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stand with your thighs clasped and your buttocks flexed.
Hold this position for 10 seconds and then slowly relax, keeping your thighs intertwined.
You can do the same exercise in a sitting position.
In this case, sit on a chair and breathe in while tensing your buttock muscles for 10 seconds.
Then slowly relax for another 10 seconds.
Repeat this exercise 10 times, resting from time to time. It helps you get rid of the annoying symptoms of hemorrhoids, which sitting for long hours helps to exacerbate them.
But always make sure to drink water and eat fruits and vegetables.
