2- water bike

Water cycling is practiced in the swimming pool under the supervision of a female trainer in a group, or in a private institute in an individual cabin, and the legs are moved on the pedals of a bicycle submerged in water. This exercise is recommended in case of watery cellulite.



Protocol

Two sessions per week for 5 weeks, then one session per week, for 30 to 45 minutes.


What are its positives?

The water bike allows the muscles to move deeply, without causing the thighs and calf to swell. This sport has no contraindications.


What result can be expected?

The legs become stronger and more flexible, and the "orange peel" gradually disappears with it. This exercise also works on the abdominal belt. The first results can be seen after six sessions.
