Methods for tightening the grooves… with exercises

All you have to do is follow simple facial exercises that take just a few minutes a day.

Its benefit: raising the eyebrows and relieving the sagging of the upper eyelids. It also softens the vertical thin lines between the eyebrows, and the grooves across the forehead.

Method: Spread your fingers across the middle of your forehead. Now pull the fingertips down against your eyebrows, and at the same time raise your eyebrows up, to create pressure in the muscles of your forehead.

 Keep your eyebrows raised and your fingers pressed down for 30 seconds. Do this exercise twice daily. But if you have clear or deep lines, repeat the exercise three times a day. I also suggest that you

 stick a medical tape on the forehead lines during sleep, as this allows the muscles to relax when you dream, and you will find that the lines become softer when you wake up.
