To the freshness and purity of the skin, Japanese women enjoy a graceful body, due to a group of important healthy habits away from harsh diets. The Bright Side magazine published some of these customs adopted by Japanese women, which are:

Cooking method

It is often confined to grilling or steaming to reduce large amounts of calories, and thus lose weight in a healthy way without experiencing any side effects. In addition, it relies entirely on eating fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables and completely refrains from eating fast food.


Candy replacement

Replace sweets that are rich in sugars with ones that are low in fat and sugar. Do not include butter in its ingredients at all, and do not decorate it with cream. The same applies to soft drinks or industrial juices, as they are completely abstained.

Drink 8 glasses of water

Not only to maintain the freshness of the skin, but also because of its usefulness in curbing appetite and losing weight, in addition to its ability to rid the body of accumulated toxins, especially if it is drunk in the morning on an empty stomach.
