3- Drink green tea, sage, cinnamon and chamomile.

A spoonful of each of these ingredients is placed in two cups of water and placed on the fire until it boils, then it is taken twice during the day.


4- Pomegranate and green tea drink

Two tablespoons of green tea, pomegranate peel powder and ginger are added to a liter of water, and put on the fire until boiling, so that this drink is taken several times during the day. This drink is very effective in burning fat.
