It is also not suitable for women during pregnancy and lactation, in addition to people who suffer from chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, pressure and liver.

Before following this diet, it is recommended to undergo a medical examination to find out the reasons for the high percentage of fat in

 the body, as it may be related to a disease and needs simple treatment, or it may require eating a certain type of food.

Sally Fouad recommends following the following instructions before doing this diet:

This system only lasts for 3 days during the week, so it should not extend for more than this period.

It is recommended to drink one to two glasses of water before each meal.

The necessity of sticking to meal times.

Eat vegetables in any quantity when you feel hungry.

The possibility of eating any drink with or without sugar diet.

The possibility of replacing tea with milk tea with lemon.

Do not eat starches and sugars during the three days of the diet.

An open meal can be eaten during one week, but not during the three days of the diet.

It is preferable to eat carefully and divide meals into 6 small meals on the other days of the week.

It is necessary to drink 3 liters of water daily.

Details of a healthy diet to lose weight 3 kilos in 3 days

First day:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: a can of tuna, drained from oil.

Dinner: a box of yogurt + lemon.

the second day:

Breakfast: Cucumber slices and peppers.

Lunch: a large salad.

Dinner: a box of yogurt + vitamin C.

the third day:

Breakfast: a small piece of cottage cheese.

Lunch: a cup of coffee with or without milk.

Dinner: a box of yogurt + cucumber.

If you do not like the options in the diet, you can do the following:

Replace tuna with grilled chicken breasts or grilled fish.

Replace the yogurt with a glass of milk or a plate of cottage cheese with cucumbers and tomatoes.

Replace lemon with vitamin C pills.

It is recommended to take a glass of warm water with a spoon of honey on an empty stomach.
