1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground.

4. Do this exercise 12 times.


Inclined pressure:

1. Take the position in the previous exercise, so that you lie on the floor and bend your knees and put your feet flat on the floor.


2. Rotate your knees in one direction, right or left, so that they touch the ground.


3. Put your hands behind your ears or cross your chest, and slowly raise your shoulders off the floor a few inches up toward your thighs, hold for a few seconds, then slowly return to the previous position.


4. Do this also 12 times, switching sides.


Push-up exercise:

1. Lie on your elbows and toes, keeping your back straight.


2. Your shoulders should be at the level of your elbows, and you should compress your abdominal muscles during the exercise, and hold this position for 5-10 seconds, repeating the above for 8 times.


Lateral payment:

1. Lean on one of your elbows so that it is at the level of your shoulder while keeping your body in a straight position as in the picture.


2. You should squeeze your abdominal muscles during the exercise.


3. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds, repeating the above 8-10 times on both sides.
