Mix two tablespoons of mustard powder with half a tablespoon of salt and two tablespoons of sugar.
Add the juice of half a lemon and an appropriate amount of warm water.
Cover your abdominal area with a sufficient layer of the mixture and then with a nylon belt.
Leave it for 30 minutes and wash this area with cold water.
Repeat the application of the mask twice a week until you get the result you want, that is, on a flat belly and free of fat.
