This exercise can be practiced, but in a safe way, by carrying the dumbbells in a way that is independent of the sports device, and this happens by holding the dumbbell in each hand while sitting in the


 form of squats and getting up several times while raising the dumbbells from the ground each time, and this allows the feet to help Shoulders to carry the weight and push it up.


2- Lift the weight up in a squat position

The second exercise that men should beware of is carrying the weight on the back and shoulder, while sitting in a squatting position and getting up again by relying on the strength of the feet to push.


This exercise is considered harmful to the hamstrings, because the exerciser relies on carrying a weight on the back and pushing the foot hard to rise and fall, and for this exercise to be beneficial, it is not necessary to carry a large weight.


3- Lie down and push the weight with your feet

The use of squats to strengthen the muscles of the feet is also harmful, as it requires lying on the back and pushing the weight through the foot and this damages the spine.


This exercise can be practiced normally without posing a danger, but you should not lift weights, and only push the foot to the device.


4- Sitting and lifting the weight up with the hands

In this exercise, the man sits and stabilizes his feet, then begins to hold on to a rubber pole and pulls it down strongly using the hands, and despite the benefit of this exercise in strengthening the muscles of the hand, it harms the spine.


This exercise can be practiced on the sports machine, but without lifting a weight. It is sufficient for those who practice it to attract the column and push it up without a heavy load, and this will give the hands strength over time and will not be harmful.


5- Strengthening the feet by pushing the weight up

The last exercise that men should beware of is sitting down and placing a pole on the feet and pressing the hands so that the feet can lift the column bearing the weight that each person chooses up.


The correct way to practice this exercise and get strong feet, is to push the column without putting weights on it; Because weight makes a person carry on the feet excessive effort, and thus affects the knee and spine.
