Benefits of bathing exercises in losing weight and sculpting the body

buttocks workout
If you want to make weight loss part of the benefits of taking a shower, do this exercise under a sprinkler.
Stand on one foot. But be careful to keep your balance and not to slip. Try to hold this position for 30 seconds to one minute. This helps tighten the buttock muscles.
You can also raise your other foot back for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Before you move on to the second foot.

Then tighten your stomach while standing on tiptoe and lifting your body up. Hold this position for 10 seconds. This helps slim the thighs and legs.
Do these exercises once every 3 days in the first week, once every two days in the second week, and then daily.
