 the massage the wrong way may cause the opposite result, and the appearance of wrinkles more. What is the correct way to do a facial massage?

We met with the Head of the Physiotherapy Department of the "Gold Gym" group, Dr. Amal Atallah, to introduce us to the correct method of facial massage.

First, for best results:

Vegetable oils can be used in the massage process, as they are ideal for facilitating the sliding of the fingers on the surface of the skin. Attention should be paid to choosing the oil that suits the nature of the skin.

Oils enhance facial muscle exercises and protect the skin from sagging as we age.

Follow a good diet, and make sure to drink plenty of water.

Regular exercise can make you look younger.

It should start from the neck to the scalp, which is similar to the movement of blood circulation in the face and head, as it is an anti-gravity movement, which works to sag the face down over the years. cells to secrete moisturizing lipids for the face.

Exercises that you can do easily and that will only take you several minutes:

An exercise to avoid the front lines:

Place your fingers on the area above your eyebrows, then pull your skin down and raise your eyebrows at the same time. Repeat this process ten times.

Cheek exercises (for a sculpted face):

Suck the cheeks into the mouth and hold this position for 15 seconds.

Repeat the exercise 10 times a day. This reduces the fat around your cheeks and doing this exercise regularly will help you get a sculpted face.

Take out the tongue as much as possible and remain in this position for 60 seconds. This exercise helps to tighten the muscles around the jaws, and allows to get rid of toxins that may have accumulated in this area.

Neck and chin exercise:

Tilt your neck slightly back and then place your hands on your neck from the front under the chin and pull your hands down while raising the chin up at the same time. This prevents the formation of glands, and helps to relax the neck muscles.
