 Abdominal exercises to hide the rumen

Some girls suffer from sagging in the abdomen or the appearance of the rumen as a result of wrong eating habits, in addition to not

 engaging in any sports activity. Therefore, experts advise the need to practice some simple exercises to tighten the abdominal muscles. Here is a simple exercise for this purpose:

First exercise:

- Lie on your back. Bend the knees and open between the feet a little.

Bend your arms behind your head, then move it along with the upper back. Tighten the abdominal muscles while raising the arms. Finally, lower your back slightly. But don't touch the ground. Repeat the exercise 20 times.

 The second exercise:

Keep your left arm behind your head.

Touch the left knee with your right hand. At the same time, raise your back a little forward and then lower it back to the floor. With the need not to touch the ground.

Inhale as you raise your back and exhale as you lower toward the floor. Repeat the exercise 15 times.

Bend your knees and place them over your chest and hold them.

- Continue in this position to relieve pressure on the back and relax. Put your hands behind your head. Extend your right leg on the floor. Bend your left knee until it reaches your chest, then bring your right elbow until it touches the knee. And repeat this exercise, alternating arms and knees 10 times.

Third exercise:

Lift your legs up with the knees bent. Then start placing the elbows behind the head. Gradually raise your base as you count from 1-10 with your arms extended along the legs. Then return to the first position, and repeat the exercise 15 times.

Fourth exercise:

Raise your legs up while tightening the ends of the feet. Then put your arms behind your head. Cross your right leg with your left, then cross your left leg with your right in a quick scissor-like motion.

Repeat the exercise 10 times with the toes stretched.
