Massage is the perfect way to relieve stress. Why don't you try a technique you don't know? Thai massages, and hot herbal

 compresses (giant tea bags filled with good detoxifying ingredients, such as turmeric, rice extracts, and tamarind leaves) put pressure on tired muscles. Try more traditional deep tissue massage techniques to get invigorated.

Don't forget to drink plenty of water on the day of the treatment because the toxins are released during the massage and the water helps flush them out of your body.

Take a yoga class

You can sign up for a group of yoga classes, which are known to be stress-relieving exercises.

If you haven't practiced yoga before, choose a beginner class, focusing on breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and asanas.
